printing causes machine to reboot

I have two gateway e-5200 machines running NT4 w/s sp6a on 256mb memory 550mhz pentium iii.
Intermittently when printing a attachment in Outlook 2000 the systems reboot. stop error 0x9c. Completely rebuilt both systems still having error.

Gateway says its NT but I dont have this problelm on any other machine ( over 100 ).
Gateway also said rebuilding would fix it but then that’s gateways answer to everything.
