Printing cut off when printing from WEB

I have a HP Laserjet 4050 that duplex prints. If I load the 4050 PS the user can duplex print but when they print from the web it cuts the print off at the top and bottom. If I change the driver to PCL it prints from the web fine but doesn’t duplex. My supervisor DOES NOT want to change every time she wants to do one or the other. I have downloaded new drivers and changed the margins of the page setup and still have the problem. PLEASE ASSIST.
