printing – efax issues

i am asking this question out of desperation. i have a windows 2000 prof network. we run efax fax software for our faxing needs. on one workstation i had to unistall the software. when i reinstalled it, it no longer works properly unless the user has administrative rights, locally. (not on the network, on the local machine). if they don’t have administrative rights, when i try to use the software to convert a document into the efx format, which runs like a print job i get the following errorits giving me an event id 7023
The print spooler terminated. Access code is invalid.

does anyone have any ideas?
