printing from help files

one one computer with Win 98 SE we keep getting a GPF on GDI.exe when we try to print a help topic. It does not seem to matter which help file we are looking at. We’ve re-installed Windows and have replaced the winhelp files. Still happens. Any clue how to fix this thing?
