Printing from Win 2k prof to NT4 Domain

I have a NT4 Domain with a lot of HP 4050 and HP 8000 Printers running on Jetdirect. Most of our clients are NT4 workstation. We just bought few win 2k Prof clients and I want to know what’s the best way to add the drivers for Win2k on my print servers. Right now when I try to setup a Network printer on a win2k client, it asks for drivers becoz my servers don’t have drivers for win2k but it will not install the drivers becoz I am logged in as the user and they don’t have rights and we use Roaming profiles.
Any help would be appreciated.
