Printing In Crystal reports

I m working with crystal reports 8 and Using TVS Msp 245 printer. Its giving me problem with the page size . i have tried all the sttings with other printers also. The problem is specific to TVS MSP 245 and Sans Seriff font. Any one have any suggestions.
