Printing in dos

by loboja_mario . Updated 24 years, 3 months ago

We use Windows NT and one of our users can’t print in DOS to the network printer. She can’t print in DOS on any pc when i log on using her username, whereas everybody else has no problems.
There are no problems connecting to the printer and when i type my command e.g
copy c:\autoexec.bat lpt1:
i then get the message that 1 file copied successfully but when i go to the properties of the printer the document just hangs there with the printer busy error. All other users can do this with no problems.I have deleted her profile locally and on the server and also deleted the entries in her logon script.
I am thinking of creating a new NT account for her.Any suggestions??
