Printing locally with Remote Desktop

We do have a user, who is connected to headquarter via Remote Desktop, so he is able to work on the other system (via XP Pro).
Now he wants to start a job, for example a Wordprocessor and print this at his printer (locally) but the software is on the remote System

How to do ?
