printing off the net…

Hi, I’m a teacher at a school which has gone heavily into CALL. My problem is that anyone who has access to a printer prints pages and pages of stuff off the net. I happily took the info about the LockDown Tool to the techies. It looked to me like we could disable Internet printing. I got that from the 2nd page. Am I wrong? The techies told me it could never stop people from printing off the net. Is that right? Please give me an answer. I know I’m supposed to read more before asking around but printers have become an issue at school and they are looking at me for an answer…
