Printing permission under Windows 2000

by culukn2 . Updated 23 years, 7 months ago

I have started rolling out new systems to complete our migration to Windows 2000 and Active Directory. We have cells that have HP G85xi All in One printer connected by JetDirect 300 boxes to the network. The problem is that the users who are still using NT can print to these printer fine but the user with the new Windows 2000 systems job seem to get stuck in the queue. I as the administrator can log in an print fine and I’ve added them to power user but to no avail. Any ideas what permissions they may need in order to be able to print to these systems? By the way they can print to other Xerox printers fine.
