Printing Problem

I am printing from word 2000, the document contains no graphics its all text. all text is printed ok, all characters are appearing normal, but at the extreme right hand side broken lines are appearing, I am not able to see anything in print preview,i am lost please help this is a confidential document and needs to printed urgently. I tried to reload the printer driver and printing on other printers but problem remains.
