Printing Problem in 15 x 12

I have Nt WKSTN 4.0 with SP4. I got printer Wipro FX 1170.

My problem is the paper size of Fanfold 15×12 is absent.. I created that paper size VIA Server Properties.. it is showing that form is created and saved.. But When I look up in the properties of printer this paper size is not coming..

I have installed Generic Text printer which shows that paper size and allows me to Print fanfold 15 x 12.. but not in bitmap..

I have installed EX-1000 print driver which is compatible to FX-1170.

What Can I do now for printing in FanFold 15 x12 size from Ex 1000 printer driver ?
