Printing problem with Windows 2000 pro.

I ‘m using 2000 pro with a Novell network. I can print from the Internet when logged in as Admin. but I can not print from the internet when logged in as any one else. I have checked security and rights everything seems to be OK. Any ideas?? Thanks Jim
