Printing Que

I have a client on 2000 Professional. Everything is running well except when he prints out a document. He can’t see his job in the que. Other clients can see it but he can’t see it on his workstation print driver properties (so he can’t purge delete, cancel jobs, etc.). Could this be a network issue? It is a network shared printer.
