printing to shared vpn connected printer

At our company we have a sales rep connecting from another state over DSL on a VPN connection. She uses remote access s/w to control her computer she normally works on in the office. There are two issues: 1) how can we setup her office w2k w/s to automatically have access to her remote printer w/o manually entering a username and pwd. ? 2) Why does NT4.0 workstation (another computer at the office) see the shared printer (after login to the remote computer) but say “Operation could not be completed. The parameter is incorrect.” when trying to view Security/Permissions on the printer properties?
