Printserver report

We have a server running Windows NT 4.0 (SP5) which functions as printserver. There are a large number of printers configured and we lost track of which printers are connected how. So, is there a way to make a simple report which lists all printers configured, the portinformation (ip-address .g.) and if possible which driver is being used?
