Problem about IIS

Hi ,
I have a problem in Win 2000 professional.
The problem is even though I installed IIS Component and it shows to be running in MMC I am not able to access the default WebPage.
the personal web manager says it is started too. and i tried
using 127.0.0.1 and http://mmojtaba (mojtaba is name of my machine)
both says page is not found.

Please help me,
