Problem connecting to RAS from T Free #

I have an annoying problem….
A laptop running W2k can conncect to our RRAS using a local number (which actually is a long distance call.) It also has a conncetion set using our toll-free number which works from every other location EXCEPT home! The ‘home’ in question is somewhat in a rural area. When trying to connect via the toll-free number, the connection is refused by the RRAS. I have deduced a possible problem with the long distance carrier. Any other suggestions????? Like I said, the same connection works fine from seemingly any other location……..
