Problem in Accessing ftp sites

I have been trying to download mandrake linux 9 ISO image from mandrake.com. The ftp servers it had listed are not opening. While making the connection is says “an error occurred opening that folder on the ftp server. Make sure u have permissions toaccess that folder.

Details: 200 Type set A
500 Illegal port command
Connection closed”

I am unable to download the images.
Can anybody tell me What is the problem and what’s the solution.
