problem in IBM thinkbad t30 booting.

I am using IBM thinkpad t30 from past 1 year…… there was a problem in between. so i formatted my hard disk completely. now i wanna reinstall the OS but i cannot boot since there is a problem with the cd drive it also stopped working. is there any other option by which i can reinstall windows in my thinkpad? is there possibility of using flash drive to install via usb(this option is not available in booting device list). and is it possible via networking in a simple way?
