Problem in Internet Explorer

I am having windows 98 and explorer 4.0. i enabled content advisor and put password also. unfortunately i forgot the password. i am unable to view web pages. i reinstalled the IE. Still the problem exists. Is there any possiblities in registry. please give solution…
