Problem Installing IIS5 on Win2kPro

When I try to install IIS5 via Start-Settings-Control Pannel-Add Remove Programs-Windows Components, Checking IIS 5 and clicking next, I get the following error message:

“Insert the Compact Disc labled Service Pack Files in to the CD Rom Drive(h:)”

I put in the Win2KPro Upgrade disc that I have and it goes back to the same error and is unable to find the missing files. Any help????
