Problem installing older software …

I have had to restore my whole system so I went ahead and installed WinMe. Now, my software applications (MS Office, HP Printer and Scanner, Logetech, etc) are outdated and I can’t get them all working properly or at all.
What am I supposed to do in a case like this? Tried downldg new drivers for my printer, but that didn’t work.
Pls help out. marilyn
