Problem w/ Log off current user on Win2K

I am having problems with the log off current user on Windows 2000.

When I try to log off the current user and logon as administrator the computer ask the “Do you want to logoff” question, I answer yes, then just shows the background and never comes back with the logon screen. I then have to hard boot the PC.

I am having this probem on multiple machines because this is a Ghosted image. The PC’s lock up even if the user has no applications running.
