Problem with device driver

My pc configuration is pentium II processor with 4GB hard disk drive my problem is when i switch on my computer after the booting sequence i am getting an error message stating that a device file named nwnblink.vxd to run windows or windows application has been deleted. if you have deleted this on purpose try uninstalling the application
System.ini file refer to this device file which is not current present.

i searched the system.ini file to find the nwnblink.vxd i am not able to trace it

pl. help me in sorting out this problem
