Problem with Exchange 2000 Server

I am using windows 2000 server with Exchange 2000 installed as DC, I recentally add new member server in my domain and install another copy of exchange 2000 on that machine in another routing group, installation was succesful but when I tried to mount pubilc and mailbox folders in newly installed exchange 2000 , it does’nt work and give an error message that Directory services are not replicated. Please give me help.
