Problem with Kazaa and my daughter

Have 3 PC, two my and the 3er my daughter’s PC. She installed Kazaa and all the time comsume all the bandwide of the ADSL connection in that way that I can’t practically check my mail. All 3 PC are configured to connect to the Internet directly and the OS is Windows XP. I don’t want to uninstall Kazaa from her PC in plan to avoid conflict. Is any way (reconfiguring the network, etc) that I can control from my PC how much bandwide she consume with KaZaa and reduce when is to much? In other words, is a way that I can control her PC from my without her knowing what I doing?
