Problem WIth My IBM Thinnk Pad

Hai,
My IBM Thinkpad A21M ( 2628-EXA)suddenly started showing the following error,after that it hangs up.

SYSTEM BIOS SHADOWED
VIDEO BIOS SHADOWED
UMB UPPER LIMIT SEGMENT ADDRESS : E000
ERROR
0175:BAD CRC1 , STOP POST TASK.

What will be the problem. please help me out?
