Hi someone contracted me today and ask me about this issue I could not help on this so I posted here to get some views about whats wrong and how to fix. Thank you.
I have a great problem with my PC. So you know I am sending this from school. I downloaded a windows storage driver the other night they I went out to take a movie back. When I got back my brother told me taht the PC had crashed on him when it was loading and it wouldent start. So I took a look at it and this is what happens. WhenI push the power button the PC comes on, it knows taht my Vid card, RAM, HDD and CD-ROM are all their. Then it goes fine untill it hit’s the Win 98 screen, it takes longer than it should to load past that then it get’s to where it loads your wallpaper in the back ground and asks you for your Network Login. There the network login window will not load and I am left with a mouse pointer and hower glass besides that for about 2 min then the hower glass goes away and nothing happens it just quits there I can move the mouse pointer around the screen but it will not load into my desktop. The Hard Drive LED on the Tower turns off and will not load beond that point. It happnes the same way every time, I can start the PC in Safemode but that is it.The only change that I made to the whole system is just installing that HD Storage driver. Any help would be great thanks alot ask me if I left anthying out that you need.
