Problem with NT Network Neighborhood

If I want to browse in the network neighborhood
on my NT Servers (with SP6) (PDC and BDC on the same location) I get the following message box:

[Domain] is not accessible.
The account is not authorized to login from this station.

If I access the shares over a dos box there is not a problem.
