problem with using usenext

i sign up to the usenext site ,download its software and setup it, but give error cannot connect to their server due to port 119,443 not open i am sur the ports is not blocked in my computer but the problem is :my computer in lan and hase static IP and connect to the the internet from also ip static gateway (3com switch)
ip:10.0.1.1
gateway:10.0.1.254
the only port open in switch is :80
and is access denied ,How i can open 119,443
ports in the switch or solve the problem by using usenext client
