Problem with WINXP pro Bootable Floppies

Hi,

I’m getting the error message-
“File \KDCOM.DLL could not be loaded
The error code is 4
Setup cannot continue”

When I’m trying to install winxp pro using the bootable floppies provided by Microsoft. Has anyone ran into this problem? How can I correct it?
