Problems Accessing HTTPS sites

I cannot access any HTTPS sites from either inside or outside my firewall.

I’ve even tried a dial up connection, after having disconnected from the LAN.

I am using IE6 with SP1, all my SSL’s etc are checked in my Explorer options and I have 128 cipher strength.

Any ideas!??
