Problems after changing Exchange Service

I changed the exchange service account in my organization after the change the pop3 clients can’t connect, it returns an error “A required privilege is not held by the client” after reviewing the MS-Knowledge Base the act as operating system user right is OK, so I would like to know if someone knows what to do to resolve this problem.
