Hi i have a amd 900 tbird on a ecs k7vza motherboard. I was running win 2000 when my system stated to slow a bit so i thought it was about time to do a fresh install. I formated the PC and tried to install win xp pro and the install seemed to go fine. when i went to reboot the pc it began to hang just after login screen. Sorta when it goes to load the video drivers. I did recieve a few windows protection errors but now it just locks up.
I have tried to swap memory pull all cards and replace with know working cards. I also ahve tried to install win 98 and the same thing happend there. I now cant seem to even get a install to work
the new error is \i386\ntkrnlmp.exe will not load error code is 7
I have no idea what to do now please help!!
