Problems installing NT 4.0 Server

I am trying to install NT4 Server. I made the setup disks, the computer is restarting and I insert disk 1, disk 2 and when i get to the 3th disk the computer hangs and on task bar is saying “loading device driver(ESDI/IDE hard disk)…” Any advice anybody?
