Problems with a Domain registrar

Hello all!

I need some help on this one.

I am having problems with the company that holds my domain. They have locked out my access to it and locked it down so I can not move it to another company.

Is there any legel recourse or action that can be taken against this company for taking my money to register a domain and then cutting my access to it?
