We design web sites for our small business clients. When finished, we test them on a Win98 machine with both the latest versions of Explorer as well as Netscape, to make sure they look good in both.!! We use Win NT4.0 Server, and Frontpage 2000 for all basic templates.
Recently, we had a severe virus attack that took down 13 machines. We have since rebuilt most, and now we are finishing up with the Win98 test machine.
When we had the attack, we were testing with IE5.0 and Netscape 4.7, every thing was fine. NOW However, we are using IE 5.5 sp2, and Netscape 6.2 with IE5.5 working fine, and Netscape 6.2 a BIG problem.
Our main problem now is that a new client brought in MIDI background music for his sight which work O.K. in Explorer, but does not work in Netscape..???
Anyone have an idea as to what we must do in our HTML programming to get Netscape to recognize MIDI..?? Or, are we just missing something in trying to get this new Netscape 6.2 set-up correctly.??
