Profgen and Win95/98

I am trying to set up roving profiles for Exchange 5.5/Outlook using profgen. I wrote login script that works perfectly when run under Win2k Pro, but when I run it under Win95/98, I get error messages regarding missing or problematic dll files. I was able to get a Win95 pc to work by adding or updating dll’s, but have not been able to do the same with win98. The following is an example of the error messages that I am getting on Win98:

The SAMLIB.DLL file is linked to missing export ADVAPI32.DLL:SystemFunction007.

I have replaced the advapi32.dll file with newer versions, but windows crashes during the star-up with the newer versions of the dll. Any suggestions for a fix or a work-around?
