Program won’t load.

I just purchased a program CD & DVD expert LABELMAKER by MEMOREX and it will not load. When the disc is inserted, it starts to run and the drive continues to run forever and nothing happens. It has a bonus disc and it act exactly the same. The drive is ok as all other programs work.?
