Hello,
I have a problem with a MS Proxy Server 2.0 (SP1). At regular times the services which are
shown in the Management Console (Web proxy, Winsock proxy, etc) are all stopping. Normally the state of these services is “Running”, but sometimesthe state of all the services changes in “Stopped”. The internet is then inaccessable from the clients. I have to restart all the
services to make the proxy server work again. This happens several times a day.
Can anyone tell me what can causethis behaviour? The proxy server did work correctly for more then
a year. I rebooted the server (Windows NT4), but that won’t help. I can’t find anything in the proxy logs or in the event log.
Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem?
(by the way , the size of the log was not full yet and no any virus infected .)
