Proxy/DNS issue

I’m running NT4 spk6 with proxy 2.0. I have an issue where when i go to Oracle’s metalink site and select a link, the proxy times out. I’ve done an nslookup with metalink.oracle.com and have no problems yet i still can’t get to the patches link. Any ideas? I’m wondering if I have an issue with the Firewall blocking something.
