Proxy Help

I’m trying to install Proxy 2.0 onto a server running SBS. During the last part of installation, it errors out saying that it could not start wspsrv.exe. it looks as if this is related to the Winsock Proxy service (cuz i couldn’t start that either, it says it’s disabled, giving an error = 1058).

So, how do I fix this? any advice?
