Proxy IMC Error

When I go into the IMC for Proxy Server 2.0 on NT 4.0, IIS 4 and right click on either Web Proxy or Winsock proxy and try to goto properties, I get the following error. “The system cannot find the file specified”

Has anyone ever seen this?
