Proxy Server Workstation Configuration

MS Proxy Server 2.0 SP1 running on Windows NT Server SP6a(member server).Clients are Windows 2000/nt. What is the easiest way of configuring all the workstation internet explorer connection settings to point to the proxy server?(Internet Explorer v5-6). Login Script command? Is there a policy file? Thanks in advance.
