PS/2 Ports

Hello,

I have a client with an old UNIX server. The keyboard AND mouse ports on the system board have blown, and I am looking for an add-on card with PS/2 ports. I am not even sure they exist. Does anyone know if they exist and if so – where I can get them? If not – anyone have any other ideas other than replacing the system board?
