“Pushing” Time to NT Servers

I have an NT environment (7 NT4SP6 servers)where the user has a requirement to change the time of the environment on an ad hoc basis. At present I use the ntreskit utility soon.exe to force the servers to run a net time against the central time server.
I am looking for a utility that will “push” time to the servers automatically and quickly instead, as soon.exe has a delay.
