Quarantine Folder for NAI Group Shield

Hello all. I am running Exchange 5.5 sp3 and Network Associates GroupShield Exchange 4.0.4. I got two messages this morning stating that an e-mail message contained a virus and has been moved to the quarantine folder (and a text message has been sent to the intended recipient to let them know). Here is my problem. I cannot find the quarantine folder! I found one in the main Exchange view for the organization, but it is empty (folder resources under the server in Exchange shows there are files in the folder). Where is the folder physically at? How do I access it? I am the sole admin (also the sole IS person) so rights should not be the issue. Please help
