Question about Exporting REG Keys…

Is there a way to export Registry keys using REGEDT32? One can export using REGEDIT but the permissions are not exported in Windows2000/REGEDT32. I would like to create REG files for some fixes instead of having to hack every registry. Any adviceor suggestions? Thanks!
