Question about PHPmyAdmin 2.2.6

I recently installed PHPmyAdmin2.2.6 and the online documentation I have for a database I am working on states the following:

…Now fill the databases with the tables in nuke.sql file:

mysql nuke < nuke.sql ========== This command set does not work when I am on the web using the "Run SQL query/queries on database dinohaven" field. What am I missing here? How do I tell MySQL where the file nuke.sql is so that it will go into my nuke table???? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Regards, Chris
